Qualifications or Performance:*) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).

*）The Bidder shall provide the performance of not less than ** sets of high density polyethylene device for ***,*** t/a or more from January *, **** to the bidding deadline (subject to the Contract signing time), whose volume shall not be less than *** m* polymerization reactor and whose mixer for polymerization reaction has been running continuously and steadily for more than * years and is still in use.
